KAREN BARKER KONCAR & MARK KONCAR, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

It has come to the Court's attention that, due to inadvertent clerical error, the Order served May 25, 2021, in the above-docketed matter was not properly titled as an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction. Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served May 25, 2021, is amended in that the title is deemed to read as: "Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction", and the document is so recharacterized as an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order served May 25, 2021, remains in full force and effect.
