On May 23, 2024, Steven Neil Klitzner-counsel for petitioner-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. That Motion does not comply with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Motion does not include (1) a statement that Mr. Klitzner has provided prior notice of the Motion to respondent or his counsel or (2) a statement whether there is any objection to the Motion. See Rule 24(c)(4)(A), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is accordingly

ORDERED that, on or before June 18, 2024, Mr. Klitzner shall file a supplement to his above-referenced Motion curing the defects noted above.
