ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On September 20, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Attorney Fees. On September 23, 2022, respondent file a Status Report, reporting the following: (1) on September 1, 2022, the assigned Appeal's Officer informed him that she would be accepting petitioners' 2018 federal income tax return without changes and issuing a "no-change" decision document to petitioners' counsel; (2) on September 12, 2022, the assigned Appeals Officer informed him that petitioners' counsel would not be signing the decision document and was seeking reimbursement for attorney's fees; (3) on September 21, 2022, he forwarded petitioners' motion to respondent's Procedure and Administration branch to coordinate respondent's response to petitioners' motion; and (4) the delay in obtaining a signed proposed decision is solely due to the issue of attorney's fees. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before October 11, 2022, file a response to petitioners' Motion for Attorney Fees.
