This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 14, 2022, Houston, Texas remote trial session. On March 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The motion alleges that respondent has not heard from petitioner and has not received any additional information from petitioner to try and resolve this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 11, 2021, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed March 1, 2022, should not be granted.
