ORDER

EMIN TORO JUDGE

On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On June 3, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 17) informing the Court that petitioner has prepared and submitted his delinquent 2016 tax return to respondent for settlement purposes and that respondent is in the process of evaluating the materials that have been submitted. Petitioner has agreed to gather and provide additional documentation in support of his claimed expenses. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 7, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.

If the case is not reported settled by September 7, 2021, the Court anticipates calendaring the case for trial during the week of November 15, 2021.
