On November 15, 2021, respondent filed in this case two motions to close on ground of duplication (Docs. 4 and 5). Respondent asserts therein that this case should be closed as it is a duplicate of petitioner's case at Docket No. 25089-21S. Respondent states that petitioner has no objection to the granting of his motion. Upon review of the records at Docket Nos. 25089-21S and in this case, respondent's motion appears well-supported.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to close on ground of duplication (Doc. 5), filed November 15, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to close on ground of duplication (Doc. 4), filed November 15, 2021, is granted and this case is closed on the ground of duplication with petitioner's case at Docket. No. 25089-21S.
