This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial. Respondent stated in the motion, among other things, that he was unaware of petitioners' view regarding his motion. On March 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioners to file a response to respondent's motion for continuance of trial by March 25, 2022. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a status report stating that respondent was able to reach petitioners and petitioners' representative on March 9, 2022. regarding the motion for continuance of trial, and petitioners do not object to the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial, filed March 4, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial calendar and is continued generally.
