Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

On October 20, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index # 11). Upon review it was seen that on the second page of the Proposed Stipulated Decision document, in the upper left corner indicates the incorrect docket number. Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision document is erroneous, and we will strike it and instruct the parties to file a corrected one.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision filed October 20, 2022 (index #11) is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 28, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision document including the correct docket number throughout.
