ORDER

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued from the Court's February 7, 2023, Washington, D.C., remote session and continued for trial to a special session of the Court scheduled for February 12, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that this case will be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), for which New York City, New York, shall be listed as the place of trial for the remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

The parties are advised that the Standing Pretrial Order issued in connection with the January 8, 2024, trial session remains in full force and effect as modified by the new trial date.
