This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's January 8, 2024, New York City, New York trial session. On January 2, 2024, Petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Respondent has no objection to the granting of the Motion. Pursuant to a conference call on January 3, 2024, with both parties, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 8, 2024, New York City, New York trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the Court's February 7, 2024, Washington, DC, special trial session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Although Washington, D.C. is designated as the place of trial, the session will occur remotely. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

The parties are advised that the Standing Pretrial Order issued in connection with the January 8, 2024, trial session remains in effect as modified by the new trial date.
