This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On April 4, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. At the request of the parties, the Court held a conference call on April 5, 2022. On the call, the Commissioner orally requested for an extension of time to file a reply to petitioner's motion to dismiss. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for the Commissioner to file a reply to petitioner's objection to the motion to dismiss is hereby extended until May 9, 2022. If the parties have reached a settlement by this extended due date, the parties may file a status report in lieu of the Commissioner's reply.
