ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case was continued from the Court's November 2020, New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 7, 2021, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to file a joint status report on February 1, 2022. Appearing that the parties did not file one, the Court held a conference call with the parties on February 24, 2022, to discuss the current status of this case. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that the parties no longer need to comply with the Court's Order served on December 7, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session scheduled to begin April 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Room 206, Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York 10278. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's April 25, 2022, New York, New York, trial session.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
