This case was continued from the November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 2, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that this case is still being considered in the IRS' Independent Office of Appeals. Furthermore, they request 60 days to file a joint or separate status report to confirm continued progress towards settlement in this case. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) to the then-present status of this case.
