This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on April 11, 2023, in New York City, New York. On December 27, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, including therein a receipt of payment to the IRS.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that on or before March 30, 2023, respondent shall show cause in writing why petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision filed December 27, 2022, should not be granted and a decision entered.
