ORDER


At a session of court held in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on FEB 23 2004, the Court hereby makes the following orders:

1. It is ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall withdraw and distribute from the escrow account set up for this case the full principal amount of $23,560.69, plus any interest that has accrued on such account (subject to the any reductions identified in this order), and pay such amount to the United States in a check made payable to the United States Treasury.

2. It is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall deduct from the account any fee authorized by the Judicial Conference of the United States,

3. The Clerk of the Court is directed to use the federal tax identification number of William Comer for the accrued interest. That number will be provided to the Clerk of the Court by counsel for the United States after this order has been entered.

SO ORDERED.
