On May 26, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they "are continuing to analyze potential issues associated with the payment received from Petitioner Kodsi's bankruptcy and the impact it has on the computations and any proposed settlement documents." In lieu of ordering another status report, the Court will restore this case to the general docket. If the parties reach an agreement to resolve this case, they can file the appropriate document; if they are unable to reach agreement, the case will be set on the next trial calendar at the designated place of trial.
