This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 17, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 88). By Order served November 21, 2023, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On July 29, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 96). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
