Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about May 4, 2018, and from the judgment of said Court entered on or about September 28, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant Vladimira Koch, etc. having moved for an order consolidating the aforesaid appeals, allowing the consolidated appeals to be perfected on or before April 24, 2019, amending the caption to remove certain defendants whose claims have been settled, and dismissing the action as against those defendants and deeming any appeals still pending as against them as withdrawn and/or discontinued, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the aforesaid appeals and permitting plaintiff-appellant to prosecute same upon a single record and appellant's brief covering the consolidated appeals (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]). Plaintiff-appellant is directed to file an original, five hard copies and, if represented by counsel, one digital copy of such brief, together with the original record, pursuant to Section 1250.9 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division, and, It is further ordered, upon the Court's own motion, that the time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the June 2019 Term. The motion is otherwise denied.
