Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about May 4, 2018, and from the judgment, same Court, entered on or about September 26, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the February 2020 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
