ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On September 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Impose Sanctions. In his motion respondent contends that sanctions should be imposed on petitioners for their failure to provide documents to respondent as the Court directed in its order dated June 22, 2022. Respondent additionally requests that certain assignments of error and factual allegations contained in the petitions be stricken, and that the Court determine a Rule 123(a) default on certain issues.

ORDERED that petitioners shall file a response, on or before October 12, 2022, to respondent's Motion to Impose Sanctions.
