For cause, pursuant to I.R.C. § 7443A(b)(7), it is

ORDERED that Special Trial Judge Zachary S. Fried is assigned to consider and rule upon respondent's Motion for Determination of Privilege, filed November 2, 2023. Special Trial Judge Fried shall have access to the Court's files and any other documents held by the trial Judge to assist his review relating to this case, and he shall have authority to manage and direct the scope and manner of an in camera review of the document(s) subject to the motion if and as necessary.
