These "micro-captive" insurance cases involving petitioners' 2014-2016 tax years were assigned to the undersigned on June 14, 2022. The cases have been set for a two-week special trial session beginning Monday, March 18, 2024, in Reno, Nevada. On April 21, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioners shall file with the Court, on or before June 26, 2023, a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
