ROBERT KNUDSEN AND ESTATE OF SHARON KNUDSEN, DECEASED, CHARLES W. BUCHTA, EXECUTOR, ET AL., Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

By Order served February 6, 2023, we added these cases to the Court's March 29, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session, solely to enable respondent to issue subpoenas returnable at that hearing. We instructed respondent to file a status report by March 24, 2023, advising whether all third parties had complied with the subpoenas, so that a hearing would no longer be necessary.

On March 24, 2023, respondent filed a status report representing that the hearing is no longer necessary because all third parties have complied with the subpoenas or because respondent no longer seeks enforcement of the subpoena.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the Court's March 29, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session.
