PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 10, 2015, and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Piotr Banasiak, Esq., dated October 17, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent-appellant submit ten copies of her reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 15, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
