Petitioner SCO Family Services, having moved for dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 1, 2016, under Docket Nos. B-2451/12 and B-2454/12, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed under Docket Nos. B-2451/12 and B-2454/12 (see, M-1295 and M-1297, decided simultaneously herewith). The order of this Court entered on May 16, 2017 (M-1068) is hereby recalled and vacated.
