ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge.

By Order served April 17, 2023, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned and the Court directed the parties, on or before June 16, 2023, to file stipulated decision documents.

On June 16, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating respondent's Office of Appeals mailed settlement documents to petitioners, and that respondent's counsel has not received signed settlement documents from petitioner or the assigned Appeals Officer.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 22, 2023, the parties shall either submit to the Court signed settlement documents or file a status report (joint or separate) advising the Court of the then-current status of this case.
