An order of this Court entered November 9, 2017 having denied plaintiffs-appellants having motion for reconsideration of the decision and order of this Court, entered on May 25, 2017 (Appeal No. 4123-4124N)[M-3434], and defendant-respondent's separate motion for reconsideration said order and for an enlargement of time to file opposition papers [M-3673], And defendant-respondent having moved for a stay of proceedings in order to prepare and to file their opposition papers in relation to plaintiff's motion for reargument, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that this motion is denied as moot (see M-3434/M-3673, decided simultaneously herewith).
