An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 27, 2021, and the appeal having been perfected (Case No. 2021-04053), And three appeals and a cross appeal having been taken in this action from an order of the same court, entered on or about March 04, 2021, and the appeals having been perfected (Case No. 2021-00920),
And the perfected appeals in Case No. 2021-00920 having been transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Department for hearing and determination by order of this Court entered November 18, 2021 (M-2021-03638), Now, on the Court's own motion, It is ordered that the perfected appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 27, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04053), is hereby transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Department, pursuant to New York Constitution, Article VI, § 4(i), for hearing and determination, in view of this Court's order under M-2021-03638 transferring the appeal under Case No. 2021-00920 to that Court, and
It is further ordered that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
