MOTION DECISION

Present - Hon. Troy K. Webber, Justice Presiding, Cynthia S. Kern Tanya R. Kennedy Manuel J. Mendez, Justices.

Three appeals and a cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 04, 2021, and the appeals having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent-appellant Norma Knopf having moved for an order pursuant to Article VI, §4(i) of the New York State Constitution transferring the appeals and cross appeal to another Department of the Appellate Division, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeals and cross appeal are transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Department, pursuant to New York Constitution, Article VI, § 4(i), for hearing and determination, and

It is further Ordered that all further proceedings in connection with the appeals and cross appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
