ORDER

On May 2, 2017, this Court abated this appeal and ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant should be appointed counsel. On May 16, 2017, the clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record with the trial court's appointment of new counsel and findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Therefore, this case is reinstated. Appellant's brief shall be filed on or before June 23, 2017. The supplemental reporter's record of the hearing held by the trial court, if any, shall be filed on or before May 30, 2017.
