On September 6, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report stating, among other things, that they are conducting informal discovery while the case is being considered by the Office of Appeals. A conference call is scheduled for October 19, 2023, between petitioner and the Office of Appeals. The parties request additional time to attempt to resolve the issues in this case and request to file another status report in 180 days to provide the status of this case.
