Knight v. Whitcher

Supreme Court of New Hampshire Grafton
Dec 1, 1891
27 A. 140 (N.H. 1891)

Opinion

Decided December, 1891.

The plaintiff's motion to recommit the report of the referee for further findings was denied, subject to exception.

Smith Sloane, for the plaintiff.

Samuel B. Page, for the defendant.

The denial may have been based on the ground that a request for special findings was not seasonably made, or on some other ground of fact. No question of law appears in the case.

Exception overruled.

BLODGETT, J., did not sit: the others concurred.
