Summary of this case from Reyes v. Reyes

Opinion

Case No. 1D00-3708.

Opinion filed June 26, 2001.

An appeal from Circuit Court for Leon County. Charles D. McClure, Judge.

Maria Ines Suber, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Bonnie Enneking Davis and Chris DelMarco, Legal Services of North Florida, Inc., Tallahassee, for Appellee.

We affirm the appealed order because the appellant's section 784.046(7)(c), Florida Statutes, motion to modify or dissolve the injunction in this case did not assert changed circumstances which would warrant relief. This does not preclude the appellant from filing a motion asserting such changed circumstances, and seeking a hearing thereon.

ALLEN, WOLF and WEBSTER, JJ., CONCUR.
