Opinion
Case No. 4D99-1752
Opinion filed September 13, 2000 July Term 2000
Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Paul L. Backman, Judge; L.T. Case No. 98-9994CF10C.
Denise A. Bregoff of Law Offices of Richard L. Rosenbaum, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.
Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robert R. Wheeler, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.
Deshon Knight appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence for robbery with a weapon. Because we find that the officers that arrested Knight were in "fresh pursuit," we hold that the trial court properly denied his motion to suppress physical evidence. See Porter v. State, No. 4D99-1425, 2000 WL 1189961 (Fla. Apr. 23, 2000). We affirm as to all other issues raised by appellant.
AFFIRMED.
