MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed a motion for agreed dismissal stating they have reached a settlement. They ask that the Court vacate the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits and dismiss the appeal. We GRANT the motion. We VACATE the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits and DISMISS the case. See Tex.R.App.P. 43.2(e).
