On March 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On March 29, 2023, respondent filed a second Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Review of the aforementioned Motions shows that the underlying documents are duplicative.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed March 23, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
