KEVIN J. KNIEVEL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served June 10, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file an amended petition and to pay the filing fee. On June 24, 2024, the Court received a mailing from petitioner containing multiple documents. These documents were filed as a First Amended Petition and as a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Omaha, Nebraska. In his mailing petitioner also included a copy of the Court's above-referenced Order, on which petitioner requested an extension of time in which to respond to the Order, as he was moving to a new address. Petitioner is advised that he no longer needs to submit an amended petition; however, the Court has not yet received payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration of the above, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall pay the $60.00 filing fee is extended to August 1, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial is granted, and the place of any trial proceedings held in this case shall be changed to Omaha, Nebraska.
