DENISE L. KNIBBS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Pending before the Court in this case for the redetermination of a deficiency is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 28, 2023. However, further review of the record in this case has raised questions regarding the potential applicability of any disaster relief afforded to California residents.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2024, respondent shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion and shall clarify therein the relevance, if any, of disaster relief in the context of this proceeding.
