ORDER

The court reporter has filed a notice stating appellant has not paid or made arrangements to pay for the preparation of the reporter's record and that appellant is not entitled to the record without paying the fee. We order appellant to provide written proof to this court within 10 days of this order that either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to the reporter's record without prepayment of the reporter's fee. If appellant fails to file such proof within the time provided, the court will set a deadline for the appellant's brief and will only consider those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision.
