AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 111sufficiency of evidence in passenger's personal-injury action against bus company. In passenger's action against bus company for injuries sustained when bus collided with a third party's automobile at intersection, evidence justified verdict for company on ground that sole cause of accident was third party's failure to stop at intersection as required by "stop" signs.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Winnebago county; the Hon. WILLIAM R. DUSHER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1948.
