Present — Ingraham, P.J., Laughlin, Clarke, Scott and Miller, JJ.


We think, upon the undisputed facts, the court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the action, and, therefore, the order for alimony and counsel fee should not have been granted. The order is reversed and the motion denied.


Order reversed and motion denied.
