On July 7, 2023, Steven L. Walker and Jaeyoung Lee filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel in Thrasys, Inc. v. Commissioner, Docket No. 11565-15, with which this case is consolidated, correctly noting that they are "attorneys who ha[d] entered an appearance on behalf of . . . Thrasys Inc." Both attorneys have been withdrawn as counsel in Docket No. 11565-15. They concurrently filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel in the instant case, in which neither has entered an appearance. Because it was unnecessary for them to withdraw from the instant case, we will strike the latter document from the record.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that Steven L. Walker and Jaeyoung Lee's Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel, filed July 7, 2023, is hereby stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on attorneys Steven L. Walker and Jaeyoung Lee at the appropriate addresses as set forth in the above-referenced Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel.
