MEMORANDUM OPINION

On August 23, 2006, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. On August 25, 2006, we notified appellant by letter that the $125 filing fee was due. We gave appellant ten days to pay the filing fee, and we cautioned appellant that if it failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice.
