BROKERS, § 98 — insufficiency of allegations for recovery of commissions. In suit to recover brokerage commission claimed to be due by virtue of sale of parcel of land, where plaintiffs alleged that they did considerable work in effort to sell property for defendant, and that defendant's tenant purchased property as result of their work, held that claim was properly dismissed, since allegation that sale resulted from their work was conclusion not admitted by motion to strike, and plaintiffs did not allege that they were procuring cause of sale of property.
