Proceedings on applications for return of property seized by state police. Before PODCASY, J. Order entered granting in part and denying in part plaintiffs' rule to show cause why items seized should not be returned. Plaintiffs appealed. Appeal, No. 1838, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 1337 of 1975. Submitted October 8, 1976.
