Opinion

No. 25191. Department Two.

July 9, 1934.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Pierce county, Chapman, J., entered April 21, 1934, upon stipulated facts, reversing a decision of the department of labor and industries striking the name of the widow of a deceased workman from the pension roll. Affirmed.

The Attorney General and Browder Brown, Assistant, for appellant.

Harry R. Lea and H.G. Fitch, for respondent.


This case presents the identical question which was presented and decided in Abraham v. Department of Labor and Industries, ante p. 160.

Upon the authority of that case, the judgment is affirmed.
