On September 11, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the amount of the deficiency in the decision for tax year 2021 is more than the amount of the deficiency in the notice of deficiency for tax year 2021.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
