Appeal by plaintiff from a small claims judgment of the Justice Court, Town of Wallkill, Orange County (R. Shoemaker, J.), entered on April 11, 2003, which dismissed his action.

Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs.

PRESENT: McCABE, P.J., ANGIOLILLO and COVELLO, JJ.


Substantial justice was done between the parties in accordance with the rules and principles of substantive law (UJCA 1804, 1807; see Ross v. Friedman, 269 AD2d 584; Williams v. Roper, 269 AD2d 125, 126). Accordingly, the determination of the court below should be affirmed.
