ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED. The appellant's brief shall be due 21 days from the filing of the May 20, 2023 and June 14, 2023 transcripts.

On the Court's own motion, the cross-appellant's brief in Docket No. 366777 shall be due 21 days from the filing of the May 20, 2023 and June 14, 2023 transcripts.

The filing of further motions to extend time to file appellant's brief is discouraged and will only be granted upon demonstration of extraordinary circumstances.
