In an action to recover a balance alleged to be due for salesman's commissions, order denying appellants' motion to direct plaintiff to separately state and number his causes of action or to serve an amended complaint, and to dismiss the complaint as to one of the appellants affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
